Panasonic 1080p Projectors

There are lots of projector models manufactured by the Panasonic; however in the 1080p sector, it has only two models. Panasonic 1080p projectors are great innovation and gives true value for money. The PT-AE1000U is the first new Panasonic home theater projector after the PT-AE900U, but it has little in common with that of earlier design.

The differences are immediately obvious in the cosmetics alone, with the new projector bigger, heavier and more substantial looking than any other home theater projector Panasonic past. And there has been no attempt here to compete in the market. Instead, the PT-AE1000U has black block functional remains attractive in its own industrial way.

The new Panasonic projector does not share a dynamic iris and a number of other features to its predecessors. Adjustments vertical and horizontal lens shift are manual, but the focus and zoom controls are motorized. focus motor is not too fast its tendency to overshoot the mark was boring.

Inputs include two HDMI and component inputs, an RGB input on a 15-pin connector and an RS-232 serial to control the projector remotely from a PC. The rear panel also includes removable power cord, one of those little two pole jobs that are difficult to find a replacement for if you lose, rather than taking over current CIS. (Panasonic is one of the few manufacturers still see the light of the CIS.)

A comprehensive set of controls located on the side of the projector, but as usual you converse with them primarily through the remote. However, a reset button is not easily selectable with a remote control. The Default button not necessarily erases everything, but depending on where you are in the menu on the screen when you push, you'll be glad you wrote to your preferences. It is a good practice to write them down and put them in a safe place.
